Civicrete has built a long-term specialist relationship with Kenya's major cement manufacturers. Our industrial maintenance capability covers the full range of plant upkeep tasks — from refractory brick installation inside operating kilns to structural welding of preheaters and coolers, conveyor belt overhauls, and mechanical equipment servicing. All works are executed within the live plant environment under strict operational and safety protocols.

Our structural design practice is led by EBK-registered engineers and covers the full spectrum from industrial shed and silo design through to complex high-rise commercial structures. Civicrete provides a complete in-house team of Civil Engineer, Architect, and Quantity Surveyor, enabling us to deliver comprehensive design packages from geotechnical investigation through to construction supervision and final commissioning.

Civicrete delivers complete building construction mandates covering residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our integrated in-house team manages every stage from initial client brief development and ground investigation through to final commissioning and handover. We have successfully completed projects ranging from precast manufacturing plants and water treatment structures to 12 and 15-storey high-rise developments in Nairobi.

General civil engineering design, consulting, and project management services delivered by our in-house team. Our Quantity Surveyor leads the tendering function, managing BOQ preparation, payment certificate raising, and variation management. Civicrete's civil engineering mandate covers the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and design through to construction supervision and commissioning.
